Tasting Local Beer

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Evin visited a newly built regional-industry factory in Jangyon County in December 2025.
Looking round the county foodstuff factory, he dropped by the beer brewing room to learn about the production.
He tasted the beer and asked the accompanying officials to take some taste of it.
He enquired about their impression.
After affirming their impression, he said: Today we should not evaluate the beer. It is laudable that the factory tried to brew beer as suited to the features of its locality where barley is widely cultivated. It is quite good that a small local foodstuff factory sets up even a brewing line and turns out beer with the brand of its locality.
Presently, he told the accompanying officials that it is a correct implementation of Party policies and their intensified development to increase the production indexes by using locally abundant raw materials and turn out fine products to contribute to the improved living standards of the residents in the county.
