Production increases at Kaechon Area Coal-mining Complex

The Kaechon Area Coal-mining Complex is expanding successes in its production through a drive for increased production and economy.

The complex is exerting its efforts on tunnelling to create more coal fields and inventing and introducing new technical innovation and rationalization proposals to raise the proportion of mechanization in the face work and lower the norms for the consumption of materials per unit.

The Jagang Provincial Supply Coal Mine introduced technical innovation proposals for ensuring the normal operation of equipment and raising the extraction rate of coal.

The Pongchon Coal Mine mobilized its technical potentials to restore the original performance of chain conveyor and improved the face conditions and reduced the cost of production.

The Kaechon and Joyang coal mines gave priority to tunnelling and established the planning discipline.
