The Grand People's Study House has organized sci-tech lectures and new technical information lectures and raised their level.
It retrains scientists, technicians and field technical officials. The retraining deals with the problems related to electronics and automation, agriculture, chemistry, urban management and other fields.
It has also striven to raise the working people's standards of knowledge with general chemical knowledge, knowledge of electricity and application of physical laws in modern engineering.
