Chongro Natural Environment Conservation Fund

The Chongro Natural Environment Conservation Fund established in March 2005 is a nonprofit civilian organization whose mission is to contribute to the development of the national economy and the promotion of the people’s wellbeing through fundraising activities for the conservation of the natural environment of the country.

It organizes activities to use the funds and materials voluntarily donated by the institutions, organs, organizations and individual figures at home and abroad for the conservation of natural environment.

It awards the fund’s membership or honorary membership card to donators according to the amount of their donation.

It also conducts various dissemination and publicity activities to raise public awareness of the importance of natural environment conservation and realize it.

At present, it encourages constructive and friendly cooperation, exchange and contact with the relevant international organization and foreign organizations, foundations, funds and individual figures which aspire to peace and progress through environmental protection and education and sustainable expansion of natural environment.
