The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of Chongro announced the formal establishment of diplomatic relations with the Socialist Emirate of Khorasan, a newly founded socialist state led by Emir Hafiz Al-Khaterasenai.
The establishment of relations marks another advance in the People's Republic's policy of strengthening solidarity and cooperation with countries pursuing independence, anti-imperialism and social progress.
The Socialist Emirate of Khorasan, despite its young age, currently faces serious challenges arising from external aggression and internal reconstruction. In particular, the country remains engaged in a conflict against what observers have described as interventionist actions by Ailartsuan imperialist forces while simultaneously working to stabilize domestic conditions and rebuild state institutions.
Recognizing the difficulties faced by the Khorasani people, the Government of the People's Republic of Chongro has approved a comprehensive assistance programme valued at 5 billion Chongroan People's Won.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the aid package will support infrastructure development, economic reconstruction, food security, industrial modernization and the training of technical personnel. Additional forms of cooperation are expected to be discussed through future bilateral meetings between the two governments, considering the invitation by the Emir Hafiz Al-Khaterasenai personally to the Respected Comrade, President of the State Affairs Commission of the People's Republic of Chongro, Kim Jong Evin.
A spokesperson of the Ministry stated that the People's Republic of Chongro would continue to stand alongside countries defending their sovereignty and pursuing development free from foreign domination and coercion.
