Press Statement of Vice Department Director of C.C., WPC Kim Lis Yong

The Vice Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Chongro, Kim Lis Yong, issued the following press statement in response to a Aurlinian news report:

The recent rambling released by the Aurlinian authorities is nothing more than an emotional outburst devoid of facts, logic or even basic political responsibility.

Instead of addressing the grave questions raised by the international community over the disastrous conduct of its military campaign, the Aurlinian side has chosen to bury itself under a mountain of excuses, contradictory claims and childish insults. Such behavior cannot conceal the fact that it admitted to suffering catastrophic casualties in Lorrainia on a scale unprecedented in its own history.

The Aurlinian rulers shamelessly admit they sent hundreds of thousands of their own soldiers into a meat grinder, only to turn around and whine that their radios did not work, their officers could not communicate and the enemy had better technology.

If Aurlinia truly places such importance on the livelihood of its people as it claims, why are hundreds of thousands of its young people still being sent into futile military adventures? Why does it continue to squander national resources on reckless expeditions while its own domestic problems remain unresolved?

Particularly laughable is its attempt to justify the enormous losses by blaming communication failures and technological inferiority. A government that cannot maintain command over its own armed forces has no qualification to lecture others on security or governance.

The Aurlinian authorities also attempt to deny the contents of their own reports after they become politically inconvenient. One day they boast of military exploits, and the next day they insist the world misunderstood what they themselves published. Such inconsistency only exposes the chaos prevailing within their ruling circles.

It wouldn't be a wild assumption to make that it sends children to the front lines and uses babies as death traps for usage in killing its enemies.

More absurd still is the repeated attempt to shift responsibility for the destruction brought upon Aurlinia during the June conflict onto the People's Republic of Chongro. The whole world witnessed how the Aurlinian authorities deliberately transformed their own territory into a battlefield, rejected every opportunity to de-escalate tensions and chose military confrontation over dialogue. Having invited disaster through reckless adventurism, they now seek someone else to blame for the consequences.

Nobody ordered Aurlinia to invade another country.

Nobody forced them into a war they clearly were not prepared to fight.

Nobody forced them to waste mountains of lives for a few headlines and photographs.

They did that all by themselves.

Now they expect the world to pat them on the head and say, "There, there, it wasn't your fault."

What a joke.

Even after suffering humiliating military failures, they continue running behind foreign military blocs looking for protection instead of standing on their own feet.

Every time Aurlinia gets itself into trouble, it immediately starts screaming for someone bigger to stand in front of it.

It is beginning to look less like a sovereign state and more like a frightened child looking for its daddy.

If Aurlinia spent half as much time governing its country as it does writing excuses, perhaps it would not find itself in one international embarrassment after another.

The world has eyes.

This is just chicanery peculiar to Aurlinia, the country without a parallel in the world in abusing international laws and treaties, international standard, principle and generally accepted value for their benefits and hurting others.

The people of the world are capable of judging for themselves who consistently advocates sovereignty and peace, and who repeatedly resorts to military provocations while attempting to disguise failure with propaganda.

Those who cannot govern their own country properly should first learn accountability before presuming to instruct others.

We are interested only in defending our sovereignty, exposing lies and watching those who gamble with the lives of their own people answer for the consequences.

One piece of advice to the authorities in Londinium:

Discipline yourselves before reality does it for you.

History has never been kind to loudmouths who confused propaganda with competence. Neither will it be kind to you.
