New Bloxy Cola Complex Inaugurated in Hamnam-Hongnam, PRC Premier Inspects Hamnam-Hongnam Area
Reconstruction of the Hamnam–Hongnam industrial region is entering a new stage following the inauguration of the new Bloxy Cola Factory from New Havlan.
The facility is expected to become the largest Bloxy Cola production complex outside New Havlan, substantially increasing domestic production and distribution throughout the People's Republic of Chongro and potentially providing international supply of Bloxy Cola to the Orisian continental area.
Bloxy Cola products are expected to become increasingly available through ordinary retail outlets, Pyongyang commercial districts and the country's Special Economic Zones.
The new complex includes production facilities, bottling and packaging lines, storage warehouses, transportation infrastructure and supporting industrial buildings.
The project forms part of the wider reconstruction of Hamnam and Hongnam, where construction crews are simultaneously working on residential districts, civic buildings, roads and other public infrastructure.
Officials stated that the reconstruction is intended not merely to restore the area to its former condition, but to establish a modern industrial and residential center capable of supporting the region's future economic development.
Premier Kim Pyeol Nam member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Chongro, member of the State Affairs Commission of the PRC and premier of the Cabinet, inspected various units in the Hamnam-Hongnam city area to inspect work at the February 8 Vinalon Complex, Ryongsong Machine Complex and Hamnam Fertilizer Complex.
Looking round the complexes, he acquainted himself with the production and expansion projects. And he held consultative meetings, in which he stressed the need to increase the output in Juche fertilizer, vinalon and custom-built equipment and to step up the construction project for expanding the production capacity.
Measures were also taken to ensure a timely and responsible supply of necessary equipment and materials by relevant units.
Meanwhile, the Premier visited the Hamnam Branch of the State Academy of Sciences to take steps to address scientific bottlenecks arising in establishing the C1 chemical industry.
Meanwhile, PRC Premier Kim Pyeol Nam made a field survey to Hongnam Port.
Going round some parts of the port, he learned in detail about departure of freight ships and the loading of cement and encouraged the workers and Hamhung citizens, who turned out to quickly send more cement to the northern part of the country.
Discussed at the consultative meeting held on the spot were the issues of meticulously organizing equipment and technical management to keep harbor cranes in full-capacity operation, and ensuring rail freight transport for boosting the transport of materials to flood-hit areas by freight ships which is frequent around the area.
