Groundbreaking ceremony for building Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at Overseas Military Operations solemnly takes place

A memorial museum of combat feats will be built in Kimyong, the provincial capital of Kanwang province, to pray for the immortality of the admirable war heroes of the PRC who performed undying feats in the overseas military operations with the ideological and moral superiority, mass heroism, matchless bravery and stamina peculiar to the Chongroan People's Army of the PRC, absolutely loyal to the leadership of the Workers' Party of Chongro, who fought with matchless bravery in the June operations against the Aurlinian aggressors in Oakshade. The museum, to be located on Hwasong Street in Kimyong, will serve as a grand monument dedicated to the soldiers who defended the dignity, sovereignty and security of the Republic and successfully fulfilled the historic tasks entrusted to them by the Party and the people.

The combatants of the Chongroan People's Army displayed incomparable courage, revolutionary spirit and unwavering loyalty under the leadership of the Respected Comrade Kim Jong Evin, frustrating the reckless military provocations of the Aurlinian authorities and achieving a historic victory by realizing the complete neutralization of Aurlinia, advancing the reunification of Oakshade and securing the conditions for the continued construction of the International Cargo Port, a project of strategic significance linking the eastern and western spheres of the world.

Their distinguished military feats have been recorded as another shining page in the history of the Chongroan revolution and as a proud demonstration of the invincible might of the Chongroan People's Army, whose soldiers fight with the conviction that the security of the motherland and the happiness of the people are worth defending even at the cost of their lives.

The Respected Comrade Kim Jong Evin, who always treasures the heroic soldiers of the Republic above all else, personally initiated the construction of the museum so that the noble spirit of self-sacrifice, patriotism and revolutionary heroism displayed during the June Fatherland Liberation War will be handed down forever to future generations. He selected Hwasong Street in Kimyong City as its site and instructed that the project be carried out with the highest standards befitting a national memorial.

The museum will preserve the history of the June operations through historical records, battlefield relics, military equipment, personal belongings of distinguished soldiers, photographs and multimedia exhibitions documenting the heroic struggle of the Chongroan People's Army. It will also commemorate those service personnel who laid down their lives in defense of the Republic and the cause of peace.

Upon its completion, the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at Overseas Military Operations will become an important center for patriotic education, enabling successive generations to inherit the indomitable fighting spirit of the heroic soldiers who defended the dignity of socialist Chongro and safeguarded the future prosperity of the nation.

The heroic exploits performed by the officers and men of the Chongroan People's Army during the June Incident will forever shine in the history of the Republic as an immortal symbol of patriotism, courage and unwavering loyalty to the Party, the state and the people.
